Return and Refund Policy

We keep returns clear and professional for refrigerant gas and HVAC supply orders shipped within the United States.

Unopened items only

U.S. orders

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

Refrigerant Products

For safety and compliance reasons, refrigerant gas and HVAC supply products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, damaged, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened refrigerant cylinders
Used or installed products
Items damaged by customer handling
Returns sent without prior approval

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@refrihalo.co. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
